Welcome

  • Do It In Line Dancers is a group dedicated to sharing a passion for dancing

  •  Membership is free and open to anyone and everyone who loves to line dance OR who wants to learn

  • Ages 8-98, plus or minus a few years at either end

  • No Partner, No Special Clothing & No Talent Necessary!

  • Two Left Feet - NO Problem!

  • What is Line Dancing?  It is simply choreographed dancing, meaning everyone does the same steps at the same time and we usually dance in lines, although sometimes we form a circle and dance around the outside of the dance floor.

  • What kind of music is used?  We dance to anything with a beat.  Originally line dance was all country but that has changed and we now dance to all types, genre of music.

  • Why join a group?  To meet new people, to socialize, to have fun, to exercise and to stay healthy (studies show that dancing is one of the best exercises for the brain to prevent Alzheimer's).

  •  If you would like to receive our bimonthly newsletter please reach out to us on our CONTACT PAGE, include your email and let us know you would like to be added.

About Us

INSTRUCTOR: Miss Vickie

Began teaching line dance at Time Out Tavern in Aliso Viejo and has taught at Time Out Tavern, Saddle Sore Saloon, the Elks lodges, OC Tavern, and numerous special events.  Her background as a secondary school teacher no doubt accounts for her passionate desire to find the best way to teach any given dance and to make it fun.  Her students range in age from 7 to 90 and include physically handicapped and blind students.  She truly believes that anyone can learn anything if they really want to and if the teacher is willing to provide enough time, patience and repetition.

DJ: Thomas Baghshaw

Has worked at Cowboy Country, Knott's Berry Farm, Saddle Sore, a plethora of special events and is one of the most dancer friendly DJ's.  His mix of dances always includes something for everyone at every level and he not only counts in his dancers but reminds dancers how the dance begins.  He and Miss Vickie team up to make sure that everyone dances and everyone has a great time.

Life isn't about how to survive the storm, but how to dance in the rain.
